During the free 14-day trial you can use all our current features – including the integrations, event tracking, and 360 degree user profiles – and the ones that are launched during this period without any restrictions. We do not make any charges during this trial period. If by way of not canceling your account during the trial you indicate to continue using Action Recorder, we start your subscription on the next day. You’ll be charged at the end of the next 30 days the amount based on the events that have happened and the number of integrations you have turned on.

How safe is my data?

Security is at the heart of everything we do. Our cloud servers are located in data centres which have custom-designed electronic access cards, alarms, vehicle access barriers, perimeter fencing, metal detectors, and biometrics. They also have the best security audits and compliance in place. In short, it is very very tough for unauthorized personal to access your data.

What happens when I cancel my account?

As soon as you cancel your account, your account is deactivated. Your data is automatically archived and will be deleted within 30 days.
